Fax formular for booking starting and training hours

We have designed a fax formular for you, which makes it possible for you to book your starting and training hours.

This is a document in PDF format, which you can fill in directly on your pc, print it and the fax it to the . Golf & Country-Club Fleesensee directly.

Here some technical information:

For the download of the formular you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is on almost every pc now a days. If you should not have it, you can download:here.

If you fill in the formular on your pc, please be aware that you can't save it! (unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, which is also used to generate the PDF files )
