Holiday appartment at the Fleesensee

The house is situated in the middle of the gold area of the Golf & Country Club Fleesensee. The area Land Fleesensee is a holiday area situated in the middle of the Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte (Seas of Mecklenburg) and offers you a lot of relaxation and holiday activities. In the centre is - because of the wide-spreading of the area of the Golf und Country Club Fleesensee with its three 18 hole golf courses, two 9 hole short courses and the biggest driving range in Europe.
The house lies in the direction of south-west , so you can enjoy the sun on the terrace from the late morning (if you are not playing golf, riding, playing tennis, swimming, Bicycling, surfing, rowing, walking or something else). From the living room and the balcony you have a free view to the short course, the West course and the Tchibo course.
The appartment:
The Kitchen is 3 m and contains an automatic dishwasher (or would you like to wash dishes in your holiday?), an electric cooker with ceran cooking area and a big refrigerator with icebox. Other electric helpers are a coffee grinder, an automatic coffee maker with vacuum jug (with filter size 1 X 4), mixer (If you want to bake a birthday cake in your holiday). Kitchen, dining area and living room are in one room, so every body are motivated to help in the kitchen. (Not like: Erna, I can't see you working so hard in the kitchen, please close the door!")
The arrangement ist practicabel, functinal and nice to live in with pleasant colours .
The living room is dominated by a very comfortable corner sofa , which also invites you to a short nap.
Talking, reading or playing cards or other games and with a nice glas of red wine you can spend the evening in the appartment. At the same time you can hear your favorite CD. If you don't know what else to do, you can also watch TV - one of the 30 channels will maybe catch your attention.
In the sleeping rooms we have paid attention to the fact that the mattresses are of good latex quality with high quality bed slats.
With the "Eiderdowns" (Paradies:Varietta Silvana with Aloe Vera) you can adjust your own personal feeling of warm and cold. You can choose between a thin summer "Eiderdown", a part time "Eiderdown" or if you like it hot , you can put both together to one "Eiderdown". The "Eiderdowns" and the pillows are - because of hygenic reasons - filled with fibers. (These are also used for allergics.
To a relaxing sleep belongs also that uninvited guests, such as flies and gnats stay outside. Therefore all windows have a fly net, so that you can open the window in the evening and still have the lights turned on. (We also find it very ugly, when you can see the bloody points after a few years and then you can count how many flies were killed ;-)
Children are of course welcome but should be old enough to sleep in a "big" bed. (Unfortunately there is no bed for children in the appartment and there is not enough space for an extra bed.)
To the appartment belongs also storage room in a shed (approx. 2,60 x 1,70 m) for your golf equipment. Two golf trolleys belong to the appartment equipment , so you can spare boot and keep your own trolleys at home.
In addition to that two bicycles belongt to the equipment. We do not guarantee that these are functionable. For the bicycles we have the following rule: The one, who destroys anything, repairs it. If you should be in the unlucky situation, that you find a defective bicycle you have two possibilites: 1. You repair it! 2. You avoid bicycling. In both cases, please give me feedback, so that I can talk to the former user. Thank you!
